1. Who provides Vega
Vega is provided by Zumy Labs Limited, Dublin, Ireland (“Zumy”, “we”, “us”). Zumy Labs Limited is being incorporated in Ireland; until registration is complete, Zumy is run by its founder, who is responsible for these commitments, and the company takes them over once it is registered. Contact: hello@zumy.ai.
2. What Vega is
Vega is an AI agent workspace: you give it a goal, it makes a plan, uses tools, connected services, a computer, a phone number or an email inbox when you allow it, and gives you back files and finished work.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Vega, or older if the law where you live requires it. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us at hello@zumy.ai if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Workspaces. If you create a workspace for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. Workspace admins control members, sharing and connected services for that workspace, and can see the workspace's shared content.
4. Your content
What you put into Vega and what Vega creates for you belongs to you, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only to run Vega for you (for example to send it to the AI model that answers you) and to keep the service safe. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
You confirm you have the right to everything you upload or connect, and that using it in Vega does not break anyone else's rights.
Published websites and shared links. You are responsible for websites you publish on zumy.app and for what you share by link. If you believe content published with Vega infringes your rights or breaks the law, report it to hello@zumy.ai and we will act on it.
5. Actions you approve
Vega acts on your behalf only in the ways you allow. When you approve an action (once or always), you are responsible for it as if you had done it yourself, including messages sent, calls made, code pushed, content published and changes made in connected services. Check the plan and each approval before you accept it.
When Vega sends email, SMS or makes calls for you, you must follow the laws on consent and unsolicited messages (for example anti-spam and telemarketing rules) and the rules of the service used. Vega never pays for anything without asking you each time.
6. AI output
Vega uses AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and similar requests can get different answers. Check anything important, and do not rely on Vega for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without a qualified person. Output is not professional advice, and it may not be unique: other people may receive similar output.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Vega to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- create or share sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- create malware, attack systems, or get around Vega's limits, security or usage caps;
- scrape, resell or reverse-engineer Vega, or use it to build a competing AI model;
- send messages, make calls or publish content that recipients did not agree to receive, or use Vega's phone number or inbox to mislead people about who is contacting them;
- connect accounts or data you do not have permission to use;
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.
8. Plans, payments and cancelling
Vega has a free plan and paid plans. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits; tasks use credits according to the models and tools they use, and you can see your balance and usage in Vega. Current plans (prices exclude VAT and other taxes):
| Plan | Price | Credits each month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | 300 |
| Starter | €19 a month | 2,000 |
| Pro | €49 a month | 8,000 |
| Team | €39 per member a month | 25,000 |
| Enterprise | By agreement | By agreement |
Web payments are processed by Stripe. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, we retry it for a short grace period before your workspace moves to the free plan. If a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are removed.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Bought on the web: cancel in Vega's account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them, under their rules. For web purchases, write to hello@zumy.ai within 14 days of a charge; we refund where the law requires it and consider other requests fairly. EU and UK consumers: by starting to use a paid plan straight away you agree that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully provided, and a pro-rata refund applies otherwise.
- Price changes. We tell you before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
- Taxes. Prices may include or add VAT or sales tax, depending on where you live.
9. Other services
Vega can link to or work with services we do not run. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
When you connect a service, Vega uses it under that service's terms, and you must follow them. A service can change or stop its connection with Vega at any time.
10. Changes to Vega and to these terms
We keep improving Vega, so features may change or end; we try to give notice before removing something important you pay for. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we tell you in Vega or by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using Vega and cancel before the change applies.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Vega and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it; where we reasonably can, we tell you why first and let you download your content.
12. Warranties and liability
Vega is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Zumy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Vega in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
13. Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first at hello@zumy.ai; most problems are solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of your country still apply.
14. Apple and Google
If you got Vega from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Zumy, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Vega or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims about it (including product-liability, legal-compliance or intellectual-property claims). If Vega fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not cover something.
If you got Vega from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchase.
15. General
These terms, together with the Vega privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Vega. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over Vega, and your rights stay the same.
