1. Who provides the service
The services are provided by Zumy (“we”, “us”). Zumy is not yet incorporated and is currently run by its founder. When the company is formed, this page will name it and the company will take over these commitments. Contact: legal@zumy.ai.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 to create your own account, or older if your country requires it. Younger children may use apps that are made for them only through an account set up by a parent or guardian.
3. Using the services well
Do not use our services to break the law, harm others, infringe other people's rights, send spam, try to break our security, or create content that exploits or endangers children. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
What you put in and what the apps create for you belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you.
5. AI output
AI can make mistakes. Check important information, especially medical, legal or financial information, before you rely on it. Answers are not professional advice.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may need a paid plan. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow their rules for payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
7. Changes and availability
We are always improving our products, so features may change. We will try to give notice before we remove something important. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Zumy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Zumy, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
